Hello Toast

Having a most excellent time that you would be proud of Johnnie.  Having breakfast at Hello Toast which is very funky and rated high as a must see and eat.  We have also scoped our dinner, Rock Salt pub, very well rated.  We are just across the street from the Farmer's Market nestled under the mountains.  Some funky granola types hanging around.  Tomorrow we are going to go to the Old Courthouse for an artisan market.  If Jack doesn't advance to finals tomorrow we might do a roadtrip up the Yellowhead Mountain Hwy into the mountains toward Sun Peaks. I don't expect Jack to come with us :(

Early this morning (easteners) I had a 60 min cardio workout, even ran on the treadmill while M went down the waterslide about 25 times.  Even I did the water slide last night....ay, ay!!

We are having a great time.  Have seen lots of Oakvillian gymnast parents but they don't look like they are having as good a time as M+M.

OK my green eggs and ham just arrived (no kidding) and Mad's cinnamon bun.  Gotta tuck in.
