As part of our ongoing commitment to close the gap between what respondents 'say' and then go 'do' in real life, we have launched a Behavioral Science-based tool to help business find what is most leverageable about their product or service: Attribute Elicitation Task (AET).

What is the Attribute Elicitation Task?


The biggest brand challenge is knowing what customers actually value in your product or service. The conventional approach is to use tracking surveys with pre-determined lists of attributes that may or may not include the ones that respondents deem important.  To create a more reliable and valid process, we took a validated interview technique that originated in clinical psychology and adapted it for use in market research.
